They had the same kind of lighting when i went to the hospital, i look in the bathroom mirror and they had big white lights and i looked awful, Am i the only one who thinks they look bad in bright , white lights or florecent lighting ??</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Help, I need to change bulb in bathroom an d I can&#8217;t get the light shade off. Its one of them old round plastic ones.  The bottom half won&#8217;t twist off, and I&#8217;m worried about pulling on the wiring underneath if too heavy handed. Its wedged. Any ideas? I&#8217;m close to breaking it.

<p>So What is wrong with the Light, Why does it flick, it cant be worn out because its only 2 years old and them lights are ment to last for around 5 years, although when we had the council to do work on our house I think they dident install the light properly, so please tell me why it broke so fast and why it has that black stuff inside and also what is it and why? thanks<br />
