(I am asking this question purely because I am color blind) I am opening a restaurant and one section has a row of crystal light pendant on top of every espresso colored dining table. What is the best wall paint color to compliment them? The crystal light gives a sparkling yellow reflection to the wall.

We just went under contract on a house. The only thing that really bothers me is the entryway light. It is hanging from a vaulted ceiling that goes up to the second floor on what is probably a 12 foot length chain. I just think the light is ugly as heck and want to get a different one put in. How much would it cost for just a simple switcheroo?

Neither my husband nor I are capable of doing it ourselves…we don’t know anything about hanging chandeliers.

We recently installed a pendant light in our kitchen and prior to installation, the halogen light was hand held. I know that this will cause it to burn out almost immediately…

The light was on for about 15 minutes and quit working. When taking the light off, I noticed the coil was still in tact, but I thought it would have been blown.

Can someone tell me if touching the light should blow the coil or if the bulb is still fine and I have another issue? Basically, in this instance can the bulb blow without the coil coming apart?

…going to the store tomorrow to pick up another bulb if this is my only issue.

I put a new bulb into the light and it still does not work. As such it is not the bulb. The actual light -AND- the fixture attached to the ceiling were pretty hot when the bulb quit working. Does anyone have any other ideas why the light does not work. Do I have a blow in my wiring somewhere?

Any information anyone can provide me before I take it down and start investigating would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to find a good baking clay for novelty necklaces (words, pictures, art etc.)
I need something firm and somewhat heavier because the pendants will be on a chain. I can never find necklaces to my liking that have expressions which is why i would rather create them myself. The pendants will be set on small lobster claw chains so the clay mustn’t be too light or fragile in thinner slices. THANK YOU
I also don’t want to spend too much on this stuff.
