i dont know what event im gonna be running in..i know i cant run full speed because i pulled a muscle but i can still jog..i havnt tried the long jumps or any of those yet so im not sure..but i know i might be running the 1600(1 mile)..and i just bought some track shoes since they were light weight and they could probly help me run better..the name of them is nike zoom rival s 5…i know nothing about track this is my first year so i dont know if these are good for long distance or for the jumps or whatever..help??

I have an 89′ GMC jimmy 4×4, and the speedometer doesnt work, nothing comes on except for the mileage i travel and the engine light occasionally, i have to keep track of how much gas i got by the mileage, everytime i fill the truck up i fill it up again when i reach 200 miles then i reset it….. Sometimes the speedometer comes on like once a month for only like 30 minutes then it shuts off again…. Whats the problem and how much will it cost to get it fixed.. I appreciate an answer
i have no alarm in it but i do have a cd player that was put in atleast 5 years ago, but it works great still….

They have moved into the Barbie Condo and installed track lighting. One of them dresses very metrosexual and the other is into leather. Neither of them look like females so I can only assume they are both males. Do you think they are gay? They have the condo decorated so nice. I am thinking about asking if they will decorate my house too. What do you think?

How would i control a DC motor to perform small actuations/rotations?
I want to use it to control a solar panel to track the light but just small rotations like 5 degree rotations at a time. I’m not sure how you would do this because one you connect the battery to the motor it just starts going off.

any help would be appreciated.

I’m moving into a great loft so I’m broke. But it has this awesome 30′ brick wall and I am mounting my artwork via a cool ceiling mount hanging system. The only problem – I need a LONG track light to illuminate this project. But this place is very expensive so I need something VERY affordable. I’d like a low-volt dual cable system with 9 basic spot lights over 30′ of cable, mounted straight from wall to wall, maybe 4 or 5 inches from the ceiling. I figure each light could be 30-50 watts and I was thinking halogen. I would also want to purchase a dimmer switch that could adjust this bad boy. I’d be retrofitting a standard ceiling mounted light to house the transformer.

I have no idea where to start here – I don’t (can’t) pay a ton for this. But it will really finish my new pad if I can pull this off for under 0.
