Given that it’s not illegal to download those programs or use them, I don’t see why you’d be worried unless you already intend on doing something illegal using Red Light Center or Second Life as a medium. If that’s the case, yes, you can be found out… otherwise, just read the Terms of Service for those programs to find out their individual conduct rules and you’ll be just fine.
