I’m redoing my room, and I think a chandelier would really complete the room. But the problem is I don’t have an electrical source in the ceiling that would light up and hang the chandelier. How else could I have a chandelier? I was thinking get the same one and just dont light it up, but i’m really not sure.

Either don’t have it light up or put candles in it.
You could get a battery pack hooked up to it somehow, but for teh time and effort you’d pout into trying to rig that up’ it’d be easier to just have an electrician come out and wire it to the electric.

Either have an electrician run electrical, or tie it in to a cord with a plug and run it to a wall outlet. You can wrap the cord in fabric or something to make it a decorative swag instead of just an ugly electrical cord. Done right, it’ll look fine. You will probably still need to get some sort of brace in the ceiling you can attach it to, but at least you don’t have to do electrical work.

Typically the chandelier would be wired through the mount by tying into the electrical system in the attic. In the past this would mean fishing wires in the walls for the switch. Now days you can use a battery powered remote as they do for ceiling fans.

If you want to be off the grid, get a candle chandelier.
You can use those battery powered flickering fake candles. They would look good unlit or light them up for special occasions.

google""swag lamp kits"" then hang it where ever and plug it into the wall outlet
