		<description>If the power gets cut off, then a surge protector will not help.  getting an UPS will give you power for a short while and that&#039;s not the answer either.  Find out why the power is getting cut off.  You can hook up a simple table lamp to where your modem is attached and try turning on and off the bathroom switch.  If the light goes on and off, then your bathroom switch is covering more than just the bathroom light.  Have the switch checked out for short circuit, if it is meant as a light switch and nothing more.  Don&#039;t just move the modem to a different circuit.  You need to find out the root cause.</description>

		<description>There might be some problem with the Internal wiring...It might have been a 2 Way switch or some short circuit, which is causing t problem..Also check any circuit breakers if u have them in ur house...Seek a good electrician or friend who know thess stuff...

		<description>as my instructor would say just for s&amp;g run extension  cord from another room and plug in your computer to it, if at first doesn&#039;t work run cord to another room, my guess is like one guy said the switch controls plug end, and by going to another room you would be on a different circuit.</description>
