It is a dome of glass with metal rim, but no screws or attachments visible
Try unscrewing the whole dome (screw threads?), or lift-and-turn (bayonet fitting?).
blow it to peices
try to twist the glass dome…..be careful do not want it to break and hit you in your face/eyes…use a rag/gloves to protect your self and hands
If you have to ask in here, by all means, call an electrician.
