Spotting may or may not be anything to worry about, but you need to get it checked. Any bleeding in pregnancy needs to be investigated. You’re not "supposed" to spot therefore there is no time it "should" stop by.

And? If you’ve been spotting at 10 weeks pregnant, that could be a sign of miscarriage. Get yourself to the ER or call your DR ASAP, there are things that can be done, and they’ll make sure the baby is OK.
