I’m building one 4ftx2ftx2ft, I plan on buying two ceramic light fixtures from Lowes and wiring them in. So what wattage light should I buy. any, or a certain wattage? I was gonna use the crossfire website idea on the lighting and wiring. So what wattage?
so the wattage had nothing to do with how much the lamp will hold, just how much heat it puts off?

It really just depends – on how much ventilation you have, on your house’s ambient temps, if there’s any drafts from ceiling fans or A/C’s nearby. A 75w or 100w will probably be just right. You may possibly need a low wattage bulb on the cool side to keep those temps up, especially in the winter. You can use regular household bulbs, so it won’t break you to buy a pack of 75’s and 100’s to see which one works best for you.

Best of luck!
