i just chucked some thing accross the hall at my brother BUT NO THE CHANDELIER HAD TO GET IN THE WAY….
its beveled glass rectangle 4×8 inches with a star etched in the middle. color is extremely light marroon
there are six of them attached on the chandelier i totally smashed one…

You can check the phonebook for a local salvage yard. Salvage companies will sometimes buy old houses, then gut them, taking anything that might be of value. One of those houses may have contained a similar chandelier. The problem with that is that a 20 year old chandelier isn’t really that old. Alot of them are still in use, in newer homes, making it hard to find.
Another option is to check the fixture for a company name or identifing marks that might help you find the company. The manufacturer, assuming their still in business, may be able to help.
You could also take another panel to a glass shop and ask their advice. They may even be able to match the glass. The design may be a bit harder. Good luck.
